Photography for Real Estate Developers

Over the past 5 years, I’ve been working with numerous real estate developers in the New York and Connecticut areas. The majority of the time, we come in before a building is actually built to create lifestyle imagery of the area. These images are then using for marketing material for the building.

The goal is to establish compelling images that sell the area, but in the most natural form. We’ve taken portraits of local yoga instructors and cycling shop owners. Things that can connect someone to an area and make them feel at home. This is a unique approach that the developers appreciate and see a great benefit from.
